To navigate the labyrinth of our mind, we search for a glimpse of hope in things, people, places or memories. We are all traders in life, trading for the light at the end of the tunnel.
Growing up with three sisters at home in an idle town, life was never dull. From constant bickering in the living room to unearthing the monsters under our bed on the kitchen table, my sisters lived some of the most important parts of my life— with me.
Now that I’m alone in this city, after a couple of springs and autumns that made life look hard, I could say the experience of sisterhood—now replaced with FaceTime calls— indeed makes life relatively easier to live.
Just like my sisters and I would congregate around a fire, or stay a little longer in an idle car to talk our hearts out, I would like to try to lend you the ear to untangle the webs of your mind. No rationalisation. Just sister to sister talk.
We all need someone to talk to, and the courage to say it.
